Universal Protective Packaging, Inc. (UPPI) is an industry leader of thermoformed protective packaging. Our business is the design, creation, and production of effective, yet cost-efficient packaging for retail, industrial, electronics and medical industry. Since the company's founding in 1983, UPPI has grown into a worldwide developer, manufacturer and marketer of specialized, custom thermoformed plastic packaging.

UPPI Quality Program
Universal Protective Packaging, Inc. (UPPI) Quality Management Program is certified to ISO 9001: 2000 International Quality Standard by Quality Management Institute (QMI). QMI is North America's leading management systems register. QMI is accredited by the following organizations: ANSI-RAB, SCC, RVA and EMA. UPPI upgraded its quality system from the 1994 Standard to the 2000 Standard and received accreditation in July 2003.
ISO 9000 is a series of Quality Management Standards published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. ISO 9001: 2000 is the most comprehensive of these standards and is a model for Quality Assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing.
Certification to the ISO 9001: 2000 standard assures that UPPI's products are manufactured within a uniform and consistent quality system, which includes all phases of order fulfillment, from sales order entry to shipment. The end result of this system is delivery of quality products and services, which meet or exceed the expectations of our distributors and end users.
